This is normal place butta in the fridge until it solidifies should return to its original form and will not loose any of its benefits. I recommend priority shipping as buttas may arrive melted if exposed to extreme temperatures for a long time. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.⭐⭐⭐⭐
